Holland homeowners hire us for kitchen remodeling, bathroom remodeling and basement finishing, and for single trades like drywall, painting, custom tile showers, tile and LVP flooring and carpentry and trim. Our own crew does the work, and we explain each step as it happens.
Working in Holland, MI
- Holland sits on Lake Macatawa, a few miles from Lake Michigan, so winters bring lake-effect snow and summers are humid. That is why insulation and moisture-tolerant flooring like tile and LVP come first when we finish a basement here.
- The city of Holland spans two counties, Ottawa and Allegan, and many homes sit in the surrounding townships. Which office issues the permit depends on where the house is, so it is worth checking at the start of a project.
- Holland has a large stock of older homes around downtown alongside newer subdivisions. Older houses often need more drywall, trim and leveling work before tile or new floors go in, and we plan for that in the estimate.
